Premium messages access advanced models like Claude 3.5/3.7 and Gemini Pro, offering higher quality responses, better understanding of complex requests, and enhanced capabilities for specific tasks like design generation and code assistance.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to additional features and message allowances. If you downgrade, your new limits will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No, unused messages do not roll over to the next month. Your message allowance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle for Pro and Max plans, or daily for the Free plan.
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but our Free plan gives you access to core features with limited usage. This allows you to experience Aura before committing to a paid subscription. You can upgrade to Pro or Max anytime if you need more messages or premium features.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay for subscription payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes, Aura works offline for many features. However, premium model access (Claude, Gemini) requires an internet connection. For completely offline use, you'll need to set up a local language model using your API key in the settings.
